Description:Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart. Grab a kettlebell in one hand. With your core tight, back straight press the kettlebell straight up. Use your tricep to extend a kettlebell up. Do not lock out your elbow at the top. Lower the kettlebell slowly, getting back to the starting position. Repeat with the other hand.
